Using citric acid to replace lemon or lime juice: Buy citric acid powder. Take a level tablespoon of citric acid and put it in an empty glass. Then add 9 level tablespoons of water. That is a 10% solution of citric acid. Use 5 to 1. That is 5 drops of citric acid solution to one drop of MMS.
